Responsibilities and Duties

• Support day-to-day operations at a 150-unit affordable housing community

• Handle income verifications, recertifications, and resident paperwork

• Help maintain occupancy through leasing efforts and resident retention

• Ensure compliance with HUD and Project-Based Section 8 requirements

Qualifications and Skills

• 1+ years of experience in an office role at a Project-Based Section 8 property

• Experience with recertifications and income verification

• Strong leasing and customer service skills

• Detail-oriented and comfortable with compliance tasks
