We’re currently looking for a motivated and organized Assistant Community Manager to help lead operations at a fully leased, modern student housing community in Fayetteville, AR.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic, collaborative on-site team at a 600+ bed, Class A property near the University of Arkansas. If you’re experienced in student housing leasing and energized by marketing, resident engagement, and team coordination, this could be a great next step in your property management career.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Community Manager in overseeing daily operations of a 600+ bed property

  • Lead leasing efforts, including tours, follow-ups, and closing leases

  • Manage social media and property-level marketing campaigns

  • Coordinate and track renewals, new leases, and resident retention efforts

  • Handle resident relations and assist with conflict resolution and community events

  • Ensure accuracy of resident files, leasing documentation, and property records

  • Collaborate with maintenance, leasing, and corporate teams to meet occupancy goals

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of experience as a leasing manager or assistant manager in student housing

  • Strong marketing skills with experience managing social media campaigns

  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities

  • Proven ability to work both independently and within a team

  • Comfortable with fast-paced leasing cycles and resident-facing responsibilities

  • No on-site housing available for this role

Perks

  • Earn up to $30/hr in total, including base hourly rate plus bonuses and commissions

  • Commission structure: $35 per new lease + access to a renewal pool ($50 per renewal)

  • Quarterly bonus of $1,200
