We're currently seeking an Assistant Property Manager with strong LIHTC compliance experience to support two neighboring affordable housing communities in Keansburg, NJ.
This is a compliance-forward role focused on tax credit certifications and annual recertifications across a combined portfolio of 200+ income-restricted units.
