Responsibilities and Duties

• Assist the Property Manager with daily operations and community management

• Support leasing efforts and resident retention initiatives

• Provide exceptional customer service to student residents and their families

Qualifications and Skills

• 1+ years of experience in a leasing or assistant manager role at a student housing property

• Valid driver's license and personal vehicle required

• High school diploma or GED required

• Strong customer service and communication skills

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive hourly rate of $28-30/hour
