Key Responsibilities

• Support the Property Manager in overseeing daily property operations

• Guide prospective tenants through apartment tours and leasing options

• Manage annual recertifications to ensure continued LIHTC compliance

• Maintain accurate and organized resident files and reports

• Foster strong relationships with residents and ensure high tenant satisfaction
  
  
  

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience working with LIHTC properties

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)

• Valid driver’s license and daily access to a vehicle
