This is a high-impact opportunity for a Spanish-speaking leader with affordable housing experience who thrives in fast-paced environments. The right candidate will bring strong financial acumen and a hands-on management style to help boost occupancy, streamline operations, and re-engage the resident community following recent renovations.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of a 250+ unit affordable housing property

• Manage leasing, resident relations, compliance, and financial performance

• Write and manage property budgets independently

• Address occupancy and financial challenges head-on with a proactive approach

• Build strong relationships with residents and reestablish trust through responsive service

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing LIHTC properties

• Bilingual in Spanish (required)

• Strong financial skills, including budgeting and reporting

• Experience stabilizing underperforming or high-need communities

• Confident leadership style and ability to thrive in fast-paced settings
