This is an opportunity for an experienced property manager who thrives in challenging environments and is ready to make a real impact. You'll be managing a property that needs strong leadership, tackling delinquency issues head-on, and working closely with your team to stabilize operations. This role requires someone who's comfortable rolling up their sleeves, staying active in the community, and leading through obstacles rather than around them.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a manufactured housing community

• Manage collections and work through existing delinquency challenges

• Lead and support a team, including an administrative assistant and technician

• Stay actively involved in the community and maintain strong resident relationships

• Handle property financials and reporting using property management software

Qualifications

• 2+ years of property management experience

• Affordable, workforce, or manufactured housing experience preferred (not luxury)

• Comfortable managing staff and working collaboratively with a team

• Strong technology skills and the ability to manage daily operations through computers

• Proven ability to handle challenging properties and difficult situations
