At Percy, we're building new ways to connect talented professionals with meaningful career opportunities at leading companies in the multifamily industry. We're currently seeking a high-performing Community Manager to oversee operations at a 300+ unit, recently renovated, garden-style market-rate community in the Portland, OR metro area along the I-5 corridor.

This role is ideal for a strong operator who can step into a stabilized site with an established onsite and remote team already in place. You’ll own day-to-day operations and be highly accountable for Yardi-based financial reporting, while also coordinating active onsite capital projects. Longer term, this position is expected to evolve into a multi-site role supporting a small Portland-area cluster, with a permanent manager seat anticipated within approximately 6 to 12 months.

If you'd like to be considered, please submit a resume for review.
