What You'll Do:

• Set the energy and culture of the office, motivating a strong, established team (Maintenance Supervisor, 2 Maintenance Technicians, Assistant Manager, Leasing Consultant, and part-time leasing staff).

• Take complete ownership of all operational aspects—leasing, marketing, facilities management, and financial performance.

• Ensure continued success through proactive leadership, responsiveness, and accountability.

Ideal Candidate:

• Brings at least 2 years of experience managing student housing communities.

• High-energy personality that translates into effective leadership and engagement.

• Proven ability to oversee operations, from leasing and marketing strategies to financial and facilities management.
