At Percy, we’re building new ways to help talented professionals find meaningful careers in the multifamily industry. We’re currently seeking a high-performing Assistant Project Manager to oversee the final phase of a multifamily high-rise construction project in Indianapolis.

This is a prime opportunity for an experienced professional passionate about multifamily construction and high-rise projects. The role offers the chance to lead a significant project through to completion, with the potential to transition to new projects upon completion. The right candidate will have the autonomy and resources to deliver real impact, backed by a supportive team and long-term project plans.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the final phase of residential unit construction for an 11-12 story high-rise

• Manage on-site operations Monday through Friday

• Coordinate with construction teams to ensure project milestones are met

• Transition to new projects upon completion of the current high-rise

• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Qualifications

• Experience as a Construction Project Engineer or Assistant Project Manager

• Multifamily construction experience required; high-rise experience preferred

• Strong project management and leadership skills

• Ability to work on-site in Michigan City, IN

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
