This is a brand-new leadership role created to support the company's rapid growth. It’s the highest-level maintenance leadership role in the company, and you will lead maintenance operations for their entire 5,000+ unit portfolio of affordable multifamily properties. You will play a key role in shaping and scaling facilities operations. If you’re ready to leave your mark on a growing organization with real momentum, this is your chance.

Responsibilities:

• Lead maintenance operations for the company's 5,000+ unit portfolio in New Jersey 

• Lead, mentor, and develop site-level maintenance teams

• Create scalable SOPs for maintenance, safety, and compliance

• Play an active role in new construction, lease-up readiness, and vendor onboarding

• Ensure compliance with all building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards

What You’ll Bring:

• 5+ years of Regional or Director-level Maintenance Leadership experience in multifamily

• Proven track record managing large teams and 1,000+ unit portfolios

• Deep knowledge of construction, building systems, and code compliance

• Experience supporting lease-ups and new construction

• Comfortable with regional travel (mostly day trips within NJ)

• Strong communication and leadership presence

Compensation & Perks:
