At Percy, we’re building new ways to help talented professionals find meaningful careers in the multifamily industry. We’re currently seeking a high-performing District Manager to oversee operations across multiple affordable housing properties in the Stow, MA area.

This is a prime opportunity for an experienced property manager who’s passionate about leading teams and driving success in affordable housing. With oversight of 6 properties and a focus on LIHTC and PBS8 programs, the right candidate will have the autonomy and resources to deliver real impact, backed by supportive ownership and a commitment to professional development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of 6 properties totaling 300+ units

• Lead and support a team of property managers and senior property managers

• Manage property financials, including budgets, NOI, and variance reports

• Ensure compliance with LIHTC, PBS8, and other affordable housing programs

• Foster a high-performing team culture with an emphasis on accountability and service

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing properties with 200+ units

• 2+ years of experience in affordable housing, preferably LIHTC

• Strong organizational and leadership skills

• Proven ability to manage budgets and financial reporting

• Experience with compliance in affordable housing programs
