This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on maintenance professional who's comfortable working outdoors year-round and has a background in building maintenance. Whether you've worked in apartments, hotels, single-family homes, or as a handyman, this role offers the chance to apply your skills in a unique manufactured housing environment with park-wide responsibilities and a supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Perform general building maintenance and repairs for a local housing community

• Conduct routine inspections, including checking water meters under homes

• Respond to park emergencies on an every-other-week on-call rotation

• Complete park-related maintenance projects and upkeep

• Work outdoors year-round in various weather conditions

Qualifications

• 1+ years of building maintenance experience

• Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons

• Willing to crawl under homes to access water meters and utilities

• Available for on-call rotation every other week for park emergencies
