At Percy, we’re building new ways to help people find meaningful work at some of the best property management companies in Massachusetts. We’re currently looking for an entry-level Handyman to help out at a 125-unit property in Lincoln, MA. 

In this role, you’ll work closely with a senior technician and supervisor to ensure maintenance operations are running smoothly at the property. It’s an excellent opportunity for someone with basic hands-on experience to learn the ropes of property management and begin to build a career. Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve maintenance-related issues at the property

• Participate in a shared on-call rotation (approximately 1 week/month)

• Perform snow removal during the winter; snow plowing experience is a plus

• Work closely with fellow site technicians and the service manager

• Provide prompt and high-quality support to residents

Qualifications

• 1+ year of general maintenance or general labor experience

• Comfortable working with hands and performing physical tasks

• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (for on-call and snow removal needs)

• Willing and able to commute to Lincoln, MA and Stowe, MA for work as needed

• Available for a full-time schedule
