This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in maintenance, construction, or landscaping who is eager to work in a dynamic environment. The role involves a variety of tasks, including snow plowing and on-call duties related to weather conditions. The ideal candidate will have the flexibility and skills to handle diverse maintenance challenges.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs across the property

• Handle snow plowing and other weather-related tasks

• Respond to on-call duties as needed

• Work collaboratively with the property management team

• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a safe driving record

• Ability to pass a background check

• HS Diploma or GED

• 6+ months of experience in maintenance, construction, or landscaping

• Comfortable working in various conditions, including crawling under homes
