This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced maintenance professional looking to contribute to a well-maintained property with a small, collaborative team. You'll work alongside dedicated staff to ensure the community operates smoothly while having the chance to grow your technical skills and advance your career in property maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs across a 200+ unit property

• Handle basic electrical, plumbing, and painting tasks

• Respond to resident service requests in a timely and professional manner

• Support HVAC maintenance and repairs as needed

• Maintain property grounds and common areas to company standards

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of previous maintenance experience required

• Basic knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, and painting

• Valid driver's license with clean driving record and personal vehicle with insurance
