At Percy, we’re building new ways to help people find meaningful careers with trusted property management companies. We’re currently seeking Maintenance Technicians to join a growing residential community portfolio in the greater Pittsburgh area.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, doesn’t mind getting their hands dirty, and is looking for a long-term, stable role. If you have a background in maintenance, construction, or landscaping, this could be a perfect fit.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance across homes and common areas (plumbing, carpentry, landscaping, etc.)

• Handle weather-related issues including snow removal (plow or shovel)

• Conduct minor repairs and crawl under homes when needed

• Be available for on-call shifts, typically during inclement weather

• Assist with upkeep of community grounds and resident service requests

Qualifications

• 6+ months of maintenance, handyman, construction, or landscaping experience

• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record

• High school diploma or GED

• Comfortable working outside in all weather conditions

• Willing to be on-call and to crawl under homes as needed

• Able to pass a background check
