This is an excellent opportunity for a maintenance professional who is eager to work in a stable role within a small, tight-knit team. The position offers year-round employment in a typically seasonal market, with support to gain relevant industry certifications. The ideal candidate will already reside on Martha’s Vineyard, as relocation options are not available.

Responsibilities

• Perform general property maintenance for a newly constructed 30+ unit community

• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations

• Address maintenance requests and perform preventative maintenance

• Assist in maintaining the property’s appearance and functionality

• Support the team in preparing units for new residents

Qualifications

• 2+ years of building maintenance experience

• Must reside on Martha’s Vineyard

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Willingness to obtain relevant industry certifications
