We're currently looking for a talented Handyman to join a billion-dollar startup and help lead maintenance operations for their growing portfolio of short-term rental properties in San Fransisco, CA. 

Candidates should have 2+ years of general maintenance experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and a customer-first mindset. This role involves installing and repairing home fixtures, conducting inspections, and ensuring apartments remain in excellent condition. Responsibilities and Duties:

• Install furniture, appliances, lighting, and wall-mounted fixtures to company standards.

• Perform general repairs, including carpentry, plumbing, and light painting.

• Troubleshoot and repair home appliances, coordinating with specialists when needed.

• Conduct inspections, create reports, and communicate maintenance needs with the operations team.

• Assist guests with maintenance issues to ensure a seamless living experience.

• Deliver and replace household items as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

• 2+ years of maintenance or general repair experience.

• Proven ability to repair home appliances and source spare parts.

• Comfortable traveling to multiple rental properties in a single workday.

• Valid driver’s license.

• Available to work Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and two additional weekdays of your choosing (5 days total per week)
