This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on maintenance and repair experience who's looking to join a supportive team with long-term growth potential. You'll work across multiple single-family properties, handle a variety of maintenance and repair tasks, and receive mileage/tool pay through tax-free hourly bonus pay. Responsibilities and Duties

• Perform general maintenance and repairs across a portfolio of 250–350 homes

• Handle basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repairs

• Complete painting, drywall repair, fixture installation, and general upkeep tasks

• Communicate and receive assignments via Microsoft Teams and AppFolio

• Coordinate with senior technicians and property managers

• Start your day from your first scheduled property—no need to check in at a central office

Qualifications and Skills

• 2+ years of handyman or general maintenance and repair experience

• Tech-savvy: able to communicate using Microsoft Teams and log jobs via AppFolio

• Stable job history: at least 1 year per employer over the last 5 years

• Must have your own tools and daily access to a pickup truck or van

• Strong communication and culture fit - reliable, detail-oriented, and looking for growth
