We’re currently seeking a high-performing Construction Project Manager to lead horizontal development for two master planned single-family communities in the greater Nashville area.

This is a prime opportunity for an experienced builder who thrives in both the field and the office, and who is passionate about delivering luxury community infrastructure at scale. With responsibility for estimating, budgeting, scheduling, and day-to-day field oversight, the right candidate will drive grading, utilities, and street build-outs for key projects.

Responsibilities

  • Lead horizontal infrastructure for two master planned communities, including grading, utilities, and street build-outs across multiple phases

  • Split time between field and office while overseeing subcontractors and on-site teams to ensure quality, safety, and compliance

  • Own preconstruction and estimating for site work packages using B2W, Hard Dollar, HeavyBid, Agtek, or similar tools

  • Develop and manage budgets, schedules, and reporting with MS Project or Primavera to deliver on time and on budget

  • Coordinate permitting, inspections, and stakeholder communication while driving issue resolution in the field

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of horizontal build and infrastructure experience for master planned single-family communities or campus development

  • Proven ability to manage both field operations and office responsibilities, including estimating and project controls

  • Proficiency with B2W, Hard Dollar, Bid Build or HeavyBid, MS Project, Primavera, and Agtek or comparable platforms

  • Strong knowledge of grading, earthwork, utilities, roadways, and phased development sequencing

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred
