We're currently looking for a talented Housekeeping Lead - Rental Properties to join a billion-dollar startup and help lead maintenance operations for their growing portfolio of short-term rental properties in San Francisco. 

This role is perfect for a detail-oriented leader who can balance hands-on operational work with team supervision. You will oversee apartment readiness, ensure maintenance and housekeeping standards, and support seamless guest experiences. Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with the Operations team to ensure all properties meet guest standards.

  • Oversee apartment turnovers, working with housekeeping and maintenance staff.

  • Perform inspections, solve maintenance issues, and manage furniture installations.

  • Drive and maintain company vehicles while managing inventory and supply distribution.

  • Handle guest-related concerns, including lockouts and last-minute service requests.

  • Lead and train team members to improve efficiency and quality.

  • Maintain clear communication with internal teams to address operational needs.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of leadership experience in a maintenance or housekeeping role.

  • Hands-on experience with general maintenance and household repairs.

  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage time-sensitive tasks.

  • Proficiency in using technology for scheduling and reporting.

  • Valid driver’s license and ability to drive a company vehicle.

  • Available to work Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and two additional weekdays of your choosing (5 days total per week)
