At Percy, we're building new ways to connect talented professionals with meaningful career opportunities at leading companies in the multifamily industry. We're currently seeking an experienced HVAC Maintenance Technician to join a conventional apartment community in Atlanta, GA (30324 area).

This is a hands-on role for a technician who can confidently troubleshoot and repair residential HVAC systems while also supporting general apartment maintenance needs like turns, make-readies, and resident work orders. The team is moving quickly, and the EPA Section 608 Universal certification is required for consideration.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems including split systems, heat pumps, condensers, and air handlers

• Complete HVAC-related service requests and support resident work orders with a strong customer-service mindset

• Assist with apartment turns and make-ready work, including basic plumbing, electrical, appliances, drywall, and punch work as needed

• Perform preventive maintenance and help maintain shop organization, parts, and tools

• Participate in an after-hours emergency on-call rotation and respond to urgent HVAC issues

Qualifications

• EPA Section 608 Universal certification (required)

• 3+ years of hands-on HVAC field experience (not including school-only experience)

• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose issues end-to-end and complete repairs independently

• Multifamily or apartment maintenance experience preferred

• Ability to work full-time (40 hours guaranteed) and participate in an on-call rotation

• Total compensation range of approximately $52,000 to $58,000+ annually (base pay plus bonus/overtime potential), with top-end base pay up to $28/hour and additional on-call/overtime upside
