This is a strong opportunity for a hands-on residential maintenance professional with at least two years of experience who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You will handle daily work orders, unit turns, and preventative maintenance across multiple phases, participate in an on-call rotation, and collaborate closely with a Maintenance Supervisor and a dedicated on-site team.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders, turns, and preventative maintenance for a multifamily property 

• Troubleshoot and repair basic HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues

• Participate in an on-call rotation and respond to after-hours emergencies as needed

• Maintain safety and compliance standards while coordinating vendors 

• Communicate professionally with residents and partner closely with the office team

Qualifications

• 1+ years of janitorial, porter, maintenance, or handyman experience

• Comfortable working on-call and responding to after-hours emergencies

• Strong customer service, time management, and troubleshooting skills
