At Percy, we're committed to connecting talented professionals with exciting career opportunities. We're currently partnering with an entrepreneurial and rapidly growing organization seeking a proactive Vice President of Asset Management with deep expertise in student housing.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead asset management for a growing portfolio of 12-15 properties nationwide, totaling 2,500-3,000 units (approximately 5,000-6,000 beds).

  • Conduct regular site visits to oversee asset performance, operations, and financial management.

  • Collaborate closely with the acquisition and property-level teams to ensure strategic alignment and operational excellence.

  • Adapt quickly to varied responsibilities within an entrepreneurial and dynamic environment.

  • Leverage your expertise in financial analysis to contribute actively to the investment process.

What You'll Get:

  • Competitive base salary of $185,000 - $200,000, with total compensation potential (including bonus) ranging from $200,000 - $225,000.

  • Annual performance-based bonus of 10%-15%.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • At least 5 years of robust experience in asset management within student housing (priority) or multifamily housing sectors.

  • Financial acumen developed in real estate investment or asset management roles, ideally from financial investment firms.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with a particular emphasis on financial modeling and analysis.

  • Flexible and agile with a strong entrepreneurial mindset.

  • Comfortable with regular travel (approximately five days per month) to manage a geographically diverse portfolio.
