This is an excellent opportunity for a self-directed maintenance leader who thrives in a solo role and enjoys rolling up their sleeves. You will own preventive maintenance programs, leverage warranties, coordinate unit turns and move-ins, and keep digital work orders moving through an iPad-based system. Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations for a 90-unit community

• Establish preventive maintenance plans and leverage new construction warranties

• Coordinate unit turns and move-ins, ensuring inspections and recerts are done on time

• Manage vendors, bidding, inventory, and safety and compliance standards

• Utilize iPad-based work order systems

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor in multifamily housing

• Experience with new construction communities, including warranty claims

• EPA Universal certification required

• Highly organized self-starter able to operate as the sole on-site maintenance person

• Tech-savvy with CMMS and mobile tools such as iPads
