Responsibilities and Duties

• Tour and lease apartment homes to prospective residents

• Respond to leads and follow up with prospects

• Perform leasing-related administrative tasks

• Uphold property standards and deliver excellent resident service

Qualifications and Skills

• 2+ years of leasing experience (Class A or B properties preferred)

• Strong sales experience with experience closing

• Comfortable working Saturdays and Sundays

• Professional demeanor, strong communication, and organizational skills

• Earn $150 per lease on top of $21/hr base pay 

• Earn $50 per renewal on average, based on the renewal split
