Responsibilities and Duties

• Tour and lease apartment homes to prospective residents

• Respond to leads and follow up with prospects

• Perform leasing-related administrative tasks

• Uphold property standards and deliver excellent resident service
  
  

Qualifications and Skills

• 6+ months of leasing experience (Class A preferred)

• Comfortable working Saturdays and Sundays

• Familiarity with Texas housing regulations

• Strong communication and organizational skills
