This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leasing professional who thrives in competitive markets and knows how to drive occupancy through creative marketing and social media. The property recently underwent a complete renovation under new ownership and is focused on repositioning itself in an oversaturated FSU market with 5 new competitors under construction. With 500+ beds left to lease and aggressive bonus potential, the right candidate will have the chance to make a significant impact while earning well above base compensation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee leasing operations for a 600+ bed student housing property

• Lead and manage a team of 4 part-time leasing agents

• Drive occupancy through creative marketing strategies and social media presence

• Execute leasing campaigns and resident events to differentiate the property

• Support the repositioning of a newly renovated property

Qualifications

• Experience in student housing or luxury multifamily leasing

• Strong social media marketing skills and ability to create engaging content

• Proven ability to drive leasing results in competitive or oversaturated markets

• Leadership experience managing leasing teams

Perks

• Earn $20 to $23 per hour based on experience + $10,000 in potential bonuses

• $50 commission per new lease signed with 500+ beds available to lease
