At Percy, we're building new ways to help people find meaningful career opportunities at leading property management companies. We're currently looking for an experienced Leasing Manager to lead leasing operations for a luxury student housing property in Blacksburg, VA

In this role, you will utilize your leasing expertise to help generate awareness and interest from potential residents. To do so, you will run social media campaigns, host events, and work closely with the property manager and leasing team. If you’re an experienced leading agent or leasing manager looking to for a role to level up your career, this role could be a great fit.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Lead property-level leasing operations, including social media, events, etc. 

• Maximize property occupancy and pre-leasing

• Work closely with the leasing agents and the property manager 

Qualifications and Skills

• 1+ year of experience in a leasing or assistant manager role at a multifamily property

• Valid driver's license and personal vehicle required

• High school diploma or GED required

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Willing to commute or relocate to Blacksburg, VA

Compensation and Benefits

• Earn between $55k and $65k total compensation including base and commission
