Responsibilities and Duties

• Organize back-office operations and support the property management team.

• Assist in marketing efforts, particularly through social media platforms.

• Manage leasing inquiries, conduct tours, and secure new leases.

• Ensure effective communication with current and prospective tenants.

Qualifications and Skills

• 2+ years of Student Housing or lease-up experience

• Experience marketing on social media.

• Ability to commute or relocate to State College, PA

Compensation and Perks

• Earn up $30/hr + up to $1400 quarterly bonus
