Responsibilities and Duties:

• Oversee leasing operations, serving as second-in-command on-site

• Directly manage and coach a team of 3-4 leasing associates

• Actively participate in leasing activities, ensuring property meets aggressive leasing targets

• Assist in restoring and enhancing property reputation and performance metrics

• Collaborate closely with senior leadership and equity partners

Qualifications and Skills:

• 2+ years of experience as a Leasing Manager, ideally for 600+ bed properties

• Demonstrated experience or aptitude in managing challenging properties

• Strong interpersonal communication and sales skills

• Comfortable relocating to Bloomington, IN (Midwestern candidates preferred)

• Proven ability to coach and manage leasing teams effectively

Perks:

• Competitive salary: $55,000 - $65,000 base salary 

• Annual bonus: $8,000 (paid quarterly at $2,000 per quarter)
