We're currently seeking a high-performing Leasing Manager to lead leasing operations at a large student housing property in Western North Carolina’s scenic Blue Ridge Mountains (Relocation Required).

Responsibilities

• Oversee leasing and marketing operations at a 750+ bed student housing property

• Lead and support a team of leasing consultants and community assistants

• Manage social media presence and execute marketing strategies to attract residents

• Coordinate resident events and foster a vibrant community atmosphere

• Track leasing goals and maintain accountability for performance metrics

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Assistant Manager or Leasing Manager experience in student housing

• Experience managing leasing operations at a large property with 600+ beds

• Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding leasing goals

• Prior experience managing social media and digital marketing for properties

• Willing to commute or relocate to Western North Carolina’s Blue Ridge Mountains

Perks

• Earn $55,000 to $65,000+ in total compensation, including base salary and commission

• Earn $35 per new lease and $70 per renewal
