We're currently seeking a marketing-forward Leasing Manager to help drive leasing performance at a 200+ unit, 800+ bed cottage-style student housing community near Oklahoma State University in Stillwater, OK.

This role is ideal for a strong student housing leaser who’s ready to step into leadership and own the turnaround story. Occupancy has dipped with the broader market, and the priority is clear: bring energy, social media presence, and on-campus outreach to rebuild momentum and push the community back toward its historical high-90s occupancy, while leading a team of leasing CAs with support from onsite leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day leasing performance and set the pace for a team of part-time leasing CAs

• Own social media strategy and execution to drive traffic, tours, and signed leases

• Plan and execute on-campus outreach and local marketing to increase visibility and urgency

• Maintain strong leasing fundamentals across the funnel, including follow-up, closing, and reporting

• Partner with onsite leadership to build and execute a plan to recover occupancy and hit leasing goals

Qualifications

• Student housing leasing experience strongly preferred (conventional considered with strong marketing and student-market exposure)

• Proven strength in social media marketing and outreach, with examples of results

• Prior experience leading, training, or directing leasing staff (or clear readiness to step into leadership)

• Strong closing skills and ability to communicate urgency, pricing changes, and leasing timelines

• Comfort working in a fast-paced, seasonal student leasing cycle
