We're currently seeking a Leasing & Marketing Manager to lead leasing performance and onsite marketing at a stabilized 500+ bed student housing community in Tampa, FL.

This is a high-energy, high-volume role for a strong leaser who’s ready to step into management. You’ll run day-to-day leasing and marketing efforts, help maintain full occupancy and strong renewals, and lead a part-time Community Assistant team. The community is fully occupied and recently renovated, so you’ll be focused on sustaining momentum rather than fixing operational issues.

Responsibilities

• Own daily leasing performance, including tours, follow-up, applications, and closing

• Drive onsite marketing through outreach, events, and social media to support leasing and renewals

• Lead and direct a part-time Community Assistant team to hit leasing and service goals

• Maintain strong resident and prospect experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment

• Partner with the General Manager to execute leasing strategy and reporting needs

Qualifications

• Hands-on leasing experience in student housing preferred; conventional multifamily leasing welcome

• Comfortable in a high-volume environment with strong sales, follow-up, and organization skills

• Ability to lead, coach, and hold part-time staff accountable during peak leasing periods

• Marketing-minded approach beyond processing applications (events, outreach, social, referrals)

• Coachable, team-oriented attitude with interest in growing into larger management responsibility

Perks

• Total compensation range: approximately $46,000 to $52,000+ (base pay plus commission and bonus potential); top end includes up to $24/hour base plus commission upside
