This is an excellent opportunity for someone with residential maintenance leadership experience to join a stable, well-established team. The ideal candidate will have HVAC skills, strong leadership capabilities, and comfort working an on-call rotation every third week. Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a team of two Maintenance Technicians

• Manage day-to-day maintenance operations, including preventive maintenance and repairs

• Ensure units and common areas are kept in top condition

• Respond to after-hours maintenance calls during on-call weeks

• Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed

• Adhere to all safety and compliance protocols

• Collaborate with the Property Manager to meet service and quality goals

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a residential maintenance supervisor

• EPA Universal certification required

• Strong HVAC knowledge is highly preferred

• Comfortable with on-call work (every third week)

• Must be able to work effectively in communities with complex reputations
