We're currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at a 100+ unit affordable housing community in Middletown, OH.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on maintenance leader who's ready to manage a team and take ownership of property upkeep and capital projects. You'll oversee a small maintenance staff while working with a company that specializes in historic property renovations and offers exceptional benefits rarely seen in the industry. The property provides a stable, Monday through Friday schedule with on-call rotation to start, and the company is known for investing in both their properties and their people.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations for a 100+ unit affordable housing property

• Lead and manage a maintenance team

• Coordinate and complete work orders, preventative maintenance, and unit turns

• Support capital improvement and renovation projects

• Participate in weekly on-call rotation

Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance supervisor experience in multifamily housing

• Proven experience managing and leading a maintenance team

• Comfortable working in an affordable housing environment

• Ability to handle on-call responsibilities on a rotating basis
