We’re currently seeking a seasoned Maintenance Supervisor to oversee operations at a well-located affordable housing community in downtown Denver, CO.

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a 122-unit property that requires strong leadership and initiative, as there is currently no maintenance team in place. If you have extensive residential maintenance experience and enjoy building teams from the ground up, this role offers a meaningful challenge and the chance to make a lasting impact.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all maintenance operations for a 122-unit multifamily property

• Perform hands-on maintenance, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing repairs

• Manage vendor relationships and process invoices

• Coordinate all preventive maintenance, work orders, and unit turns

• Be on-call every other week to respond to urgent maintenance issues

• Assist in hiring and building out the maintenance team

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor at a residential apartment property

• 5+ total years of residential building maintenance experience

• Prior experience working at a property in downtown Denver 

• An active driver's license and the ability to pass a background check

Compensation & Perks
