We're currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee operations across a portfolio of 150+ units spanning three properties in the Pittsburgh area.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on maintenance leader who thrives on variety and enjoys the challenge of managing multiple sites. You'll work across a mix of senior and mixed-income communities, leading a small technical team while staying involved in the day-to-day work. With a Monday through Friday schedule and manageable on-call rotation, this role offers the perfect balance of leadership responsibility and technical engagement for someone who wants to grow their career without sacrificing work-life balance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations across three properties totaling 150+ units

• Perform and supervise electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and unit turn work

• Train and lead a team of Service Technicians

• Manage maintenance budgets and coordinate with vendors and contractors

• Participate in on-call rotation every second or third week

Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance supervisor experience in multifamily housing

• HVAC or EPA Universal Certification is required

• Proven experience with training, budgeting, and vendor management

• Comfortable traveling between multiple properties

• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required
