At Percy, we’re building new ways to help people find rewarding careers at top-tier property management companies across the country. We’re currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to help lead operations at a large, stabilized multifamily property in Minneapolis.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations for a 900+ bed multifamily community

• Manage and support a team of 2 maintenance technicians and 1 porter

• Lead and execute CapEx projects and property upgrades over the coming year

• Handle vendor coordination, scheduling, and performance evaluations

• Perform hands-on maintenance and troubleshooting, especially HVAC and plumbing

• Maintain accurate records through work order systems and basic budgeting tools

• Participate in on-call rotation (every third week)

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Maintenance Supervisor experience in a multifamily setting

• Strong vendor relationships and prior CapEx project management experience

• HVAC/EPA Universal certification preferred, or proven HVAC troubleshooting skills

• Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced, hands-on maintenance environment

• Familiarity with plumbing systems and older property infrastructure

• Earn $35–$37/hour, depending on experience
