Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a maintenance team including technicians and porter staff

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations and work order management

• Lead turn season preparation and execution for a 600+ bed property

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and property maintenance protocols

• Coordinate with property management team to maintain high resident satisfaction

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a residential maintenance supervisor

• EPA Universal certification required (strongly preferred) or CPO certification

• Experience managing student housing turn seasons preferred

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
