Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance for two adjacent properties totaling 180+ units

• Manage and support a team of maintenance staff

• Perform maintenance tasks alongside the team

• Train and guide staff to ensure safety and operational standards

• Maintain compliance with safety regulations

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of residential maintenance supervisor experience

• EPA Universal or HVAC certification

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to work at properties with challenging reputations

• Own basic tools (power tools preferred)
