This is an exciting opportunity to gain experience working at a manageable 122-unit property that is in good shape. If you have some residential maintenance experience and are looking for a role where you can build on that and begin to build a long-term career, this role could be a great fit.

Responsibilities

• Perform property maintenance operations at a 122-unit multifamily property

• Perform hands-on maintenance, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing repairs

• Work closely with the maintenance and property team

• Be on-call every other week to respond to urgent maintenance issues

Qualifications

• 1+ years of residential building maintenance experience

• Prior experience working at a property in downtown Denver 

• An active driver's license and the ability to pass a background check

Compensation & Perks

• Earn base pay of up to $25/hr
