What You'll Do:

• Proactively identify and resolve maintenance issues

• Perform routine maintenance tasks and inspections

• Collaborate closely with the property manager and cleaning staff

• Maintain the property's high-end mechanical systems

What You'll Get:

• Competitive hourly compensation: $27 - $30 per hour (flexible based on experience)

• Stable Monday-Friday schedule with flexible hours (9 am – 5 pm standard)

• Rarely required on-call duties (only 3-4 times since opening)

• Work directly for asset ownership, avoiding third-party management layers

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 1-2 years of building maintenance experience preferred (open to energetic candidates without prior experience)

• HVAC certification strongly preferred

• Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset

• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively

• Open to any commute within the region
