What You'll Do:

• Support a community of 539 beds, working within a team of one Maintenance Supervisor and fellow technicians.

Ideal Candidate:

• Has at least 1 year of handyman or maintenance experience.

• Well-rounded skills across multiple maintenance trades.

• Comfortable with on-call responsibilities bi-weekly.
