This is a great opportunity for a maintenance professional with strong general repair experience who wants to work at a dynamic, high-impact property. With over 900 units spanning newly built and historic structures, the role offers variety, stability, and a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance tasks across multiple buildings, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general repairs

• Respond to resident service requests promptly and professionally

• Support a wide range of buildings — some nearly 100 years old, others recently built

• Participate in preventative maintenance and unit turns

• Communicate with site staff to ensure a safe and well-maintained environment

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in residential maintenance

• Affordable housing experience preferred

• Bilingual in Spanish preferred

• Comfortable working independently across large, diverse property types

• Strong communication and organizational skills
