What You'll Do:

• Address and resolve resident maintenance requests effectively, managing a busy workload.

• Participate in an on-call rotation every other week.

• Work collaboratively within a small maintenance team (1 Supervisor, 1 Technician) to maintain 247 units.

Ideal Candidate:

• At least 2 years of apartment maintenance experience.

• EPA Universal certification required; CPO certification preferred.

• Comfortable handling on-call responsibilities bi-weekly.
