Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day maintenance and repairs across a 200+ unit property

• Respond to resident service requests in a timely and professional manner

• Conduct preventative maintenance and property inspections

• Work collaboratively with a maintenance team of multiple technicians

• Participate in on-call rotation to address after-hours emergencies

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential building maintenance experience

• Comfortable working on call and responding to emergency maintenance needs

• Strong troubleshooting skills across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs

• Reliable, hands-on approach with attention to detail
