At Percy, we're building new ways to connect talented professionals with meaningful career opportunities at leading companies in the multifamily industry. We're currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician II to join the team at a multifamily community in Pittsburgh, PA.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled maintenance professional looking to join a property with recently completed renovations and a supportive team environment. You'll work alongside a dedicated Service Manager and Service Tech I, handling a variety of maintenance responsibilities while enjoying a Monday through Friday schedule with minimal on-call rotation (only every third week). The property offers stability, modern systems, and the chance to maintain a well-kept community.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical, plumbing, and minor HVAC repairs and maintenance

• Complete unit turns and ensure apartments are move-in ready

• Maintain landscaping and grounds throughout the property

• Participate in on-call rotation every third week alongside the Service Manager and Tech I

• Support overall property maintenance operations and resident service requests

Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance experience in multifamily or residential properties

• Strong working knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems

• Experience with landscaping and snow removal preferred

• High school diploma or equivalent required
