At Percy, we’re building new ways to help talented professionals find meaningful careers at leading companies in the multifamily industry. We’re currently seeking a Maintenance Technician - Student Housing to join the team at a luxury multifamily student housing community in Boulder, CO.

This is a great opportunity for a skilled maintenance professional who enjoys variety in their work and takes pride in delivering quality service to residents. Working alongside an experienced maintenance supervisor and another technician, the right candidate will play a key role in maintaining a well-run, modern property.

Responsibilities

• General maintenance including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repairs 

• Respond to resident service requests in a timely and professional manner

• Complete preventative maintenance and unit turns

• Assist with property inspections and maintain curb appeal

• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies

Qualifications

• 1+ year of building maintenance or handyman experience 

• High school diploma or GED required

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Comfortable working on call when needed
